There is plenty of space for your party to spread out and relax, eat, and get ready for the day. This home is in the ideal location for convenient access to all of St. Louis's major attractions, which most are a 12 minute drive or less away. Easy access to 4 major highways (64/40, I-70, I-44, I-55).

Welcome to our historic home built in 1920! You will have access to one full unit on the 2nd floor and the entire unit on the first floor. Both units are joined by a stairwell inside the home. Within walking distance you will find a few local restaurants and coffee shops in historic McKinley Heights! LIVING AND DINING There are two living rooms, each with seating for 6 people. Each of the two dining rooms are spacious with a large table and six chairs. KITCHENS The two kitchens are fully stocked with quality utensils, pots, pans, and everything you’ll need to cook yourself a delicious meal from scratch. For your mornings with us, we hope you enjoy our coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, cream, and sugar. BEDROOMS This home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. There are 6 bedrooms all furnished with a memory foam queen sized bed. To ensure you get a great night of sleep, a white noise machine is available in each room. A pack n' play is also provided for your little one and can be found on the first floor of the property. BATHROOMS There are 2 full sized bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries for your stay. OUTDOOR SPACES Our front porch is covered and an inviting spot to sit outside. It's the perfect spot to start your day with a steaming cup of coffee. Our grassy back yard is a great place to let little ones release their boundless energy. PARKING There is a 2-car parking pad directly behind the home for your use. Street parking is free and plentiful right outside the home. CITY RECOMMENDATIONS We love playing tour guide, so we provide a digital guidebook as soon as you book. The guidebook will help you plan your trip as it highlights the most popular local attractions as well as our own recommendations. It also includes tips to help you navigate the city and will help you find the best food, local breweries, and hidden gems only St. Louisans know about.
Other Details to Note
Please do not park in the handicapped parking spot in front our our neighbors house. A special permit is required from the city to park in this spot and you could be ticketed from parking there despite having handicap tags.

Neighborhood
McKinley Heights is a small, historic neighborhood with tree-lined streets and charming architecture. Jefferson Avenue is a main street that you can walk to and find restaurants such as Fritanga, Milque Toast, Coffee Stamp, Press Pizza, and The Lucky Accomplice. Get some retail therapy and support a local business by walking over to Roots Oasis or Papillon Press STL. If your craving some outdoor play time, Fox a park is less than a half mile away. We love this neighborhood because it is full of so much charm but also the home to so many families. Our commercial district is full of locally owned shops and restaurants that we love to support. Benton Park, Soulard, and Fox Park are also within reasonable walking distance from our neighborhood where you can also find many delicious restaurants and things to do.
